Teenage pregnancy can be a crisis for a youth and her family; common reaction might include anger, guilt and denial. She might also experience anxiety, fear, shock and depression. In Nakuru Kenya (in informal sector) it’s of interest that our foundation will be able to educate the community about sexual and reproductive health and rights; it will give access to services tailored to young people about sexual life to add on that they will also talk about community and social pressure to marry and sexual violence. The foundation will discuss a variety of options that a pregnant teen has to consider, example she can decide to keep the baby despite the challenges and responsibilities involved the foundation will be able to encourage the teen to seek prenatal care, get tested for sexually transmitted diseases, eat a healthy diet stay physically active, avoid risky substances and to take childbirth classes, also she can give the baby up for adoption and lastly she can decide to end the pregnancy where the foundation will be able to educate the teen about all matters reproductive health.
